We are honored that you reached out to us! Let’s see if we can help you.
First things first—are we a good fit for your big idea? What compelling event brings you here? What problem are you trying to solve? How will you measure success? What do you expect to happen after your project? Are we the right match for you in terms of budget, timeframe and experience?
We work with powerful Jewish nonprofits who want to see measurable results.
Feel free to request our capabilities deck, so that you can see other clients who came with similar problems and had them solved.

Ready to go ahead? You’ll sign the emailed proposal which includes an outlined project scope, timeline, and pricing range (minimum and maximum).
You’ll be introduced to creative team members who will be working on your project, receive our collaborative workflow and communication information, as well as an invoice for the first 50% of the project price.
Beginning a project together is a fantastic step to up your NPO's game. And we couldn't be more thrilled or honored to join you for the process.
-
After filling out a comprehensive questionnaire, we will meet live to discuss your target audience and the best ways to connect with them so that you can reach your goal.
The main priority? To determine how to communicate your current realities and future objectives in a way that is novel and compelling.
At this point we will schedule any necessary interviews with key people in your organization, and collect any project-relevant assets such as brand style guides, financial data and reports, photos and videos, and past press materials that will be needed before we get started.
You will receive and approve your project’s creative brief, roadmap, schedule, and key thematic elements.

Here’s where it gets serious - and exciting!
We’ll develop all of your presentation’s written copy, project moodboard and template artwork, and the finished designed pieces.
At specific milestones, we review, re-evaluate, and revise. We’ll meet the preset benchmarks for phase launches, base artwork development, print deadlines, and other campaign or project-specific items.
-
When the copy has been finalized and the completed design approved, we send all of your material to be expertly proofread. This is then followed by a pre-production check, and then your final files are sent to print.
All working files, digital versions, and project assets will be uploaded to your shared project folder so that you have easy access for any future usage and needs.
As we reach our final milestone, you can sit back to reap the benefits of a job well done. (And you’ll pay the remainder of the project price.)
Congratulations!

One last meeting together… until next time.
We want your honest feedback! What was the project experience like? How has the community responded? Are you on track to meet your goals? What can we improve upon in the future?
Powerful Jewish causes are our passion. And it’s been a privilege serving yours.
